A free, safe and supportive 10-week Personal Development Programme, plus three monthly follow-ups on progress, designed to help women who have experienced trauma and crisis rediscover their strength, rebuild confidence, develop new skills, and create a positive future with greater independence and wellbeing.
The Programme focuses on:
Growth Mindset - confidence, self-esteem, resilience, emotional wellbeing & communication
Digital skills - smartphone basics, emails, online forms, safer online use, accessing services.
Employability support - CVs, job search, interviews, online portals, workplace confidence.
Business start-up support - idea development, market research, branding, pricing, budgeting
